We meet every day of the week for runs and workouts at the John Carroll statue. Practices are fun and casual, and open to runners of any pace.
Our weekly schedule is:
Monday - 5pm
Tuesday - 5pm
Wednesday - 5:20am (BoMF) and 5pm
Thursday - 5pm
Friday - 4:30pm
Saturday - Long runs, organized on a weekly basis
Sunday - 5pm
There will always be someone at the John Carroll statue every day at these times, but no pressure to come to every practice.
Runs are between 4 and 6 miles, and longer on Saturday long runs.
After practice we usually go to eat dinner at Leo's as a team.
