Runs:
We meet every day of the week (except for Saturdays) for runs and workouts at the John Carroll statue. Practices are fun and casual, and open to runners of any pace! We do workouts (track workouts, intervals, tempos, etc.) 1-2 times per week on the Georgetown community track, the C&O canal trail, and other locations in the Georgetown neighborhood! Our weekly schedule is: Monday - 5pm Tuesday - 5pm Wednesday - 5pm Thursday - 5pm Friday - 4:30pm Sunday - 5pm There will always be someone at the John Carroll statue every day at these times, but no pressure to come to every practice. Many GRC members also do (long) runs on Saturdays. Feel free to reach out in our GroupMe to see if people are interested in running, there will always be people who want to! Runs are typically between 4 and 6 miles and can be found on our Strava club. After practice we usually go to eat dinner at Leo's as a team. |
