We meet every day of the week for runs and workouts at the John Carroll statue.
Monday - 5:00pm -- Workout Day Tuesday - 5:00pm Wednesday - 5:20am (BoMF) and 5:00pm Thursday - 5:00pm -- Workout Day Friday - 4:30pm Saturday - Long runs, organized on a weekly basis Sunday - 5:00pm
There will always be someone at the John Carroll statue every day at these times, but no pressure to come to every practice.
Runs are between 4 and 6 miles, and longer on Saturday long runs. Track Workouts are held on the Duke Ellington Track across from the Georgetown Hospital; Fartlek Workouts are held on the Custis Trail or Canal.
